Khloe Kardashian’s Best Instagram Advice

Koko’s official guide to life.

The Kardashians have been in our lives close to 10 years now (or at least 11 seasons) and there’s at least one thing we can all agree on: Khloe Kardashian is everyone’s favorite Kardashian. Khloe’s managed to make everyone feel like she could truly be your best friend, while still living an impossibly glamorous life, something Kim and Kourtney Kardashian never have (and probably never will) achieve. Which is why, if there’s any Kardashian

Which is why, if there’s any Kardashian which we’d like a guide to life from, it’s definitely Khloe. Last year, she released a book, which is sure some have some gems, but if you’ve decided to hold on to your $15, look no further than Instagram for genuine and 100% free KK advice. Here are Khloe’s best pieces of advice to make sure you’re living your most Kardashian life.

Get rid of toxic people

Let me remind you that we don’t need anybody’s approval to be happy in life. It’s on you to validate and accept your version of happiness. Take the control back. You choose your life. Don’t let anyone else decide for you. We are no victims to life. No prisoners. But we do become victims and prisoners to the people we choose to surround ourselves with. We tend to become content, passive and blind within our relationships. Whether it be a family member, business partner, friend or a lover. Out of comfort and possibly fear. The unknown will leave you stuck in a bad situation. Choosing comfort over your own happiness. Never forget that fate loves the fearless. Today’s wisdom was yesterday’s pain. Tomorrows happiness is today’s bravery. Never be fearful of letting go, for sometimes holding on can damage you deeper. Those scars run deep. There’s a huge difference between giving up and letting go. Giving up means you are selling yourself short. It means allowing fear to limit your opportunities and keep you cemented in place. Stuck. Letting go means freeing yourself from something that is no longer beneficial to your personal growth. It means removing toxic people and toxic mindsets from your life so that you can make room for relationships and ideas that are conducive to your happiness and ever evolving personal expansion. Giving up is self-defeat. Letting go is self-love. Letting go means putting yourself first instead of holding on to that negative space you don’t deserve. Nobody deserves. Removing toxic people from your life is only allowing room for a positive flow to elevate your mind, body and soul. Not everyone who started with you will finish with you. Be ok with that. “God Helps Those Who Help Themselves.”

Love unconditionally

We have to learn to accept the love we AREN’T given. Believe them when they show you their true colors. Stop trying to repaint that person into a shade they are not. To realize, that although we put someone on a pedestal, that does not mean that their judgment defines who we are. We must learn to love ourselves first unconditionally. So we have the strength to not let others love us on their conditions. In conditional love: love is ‘earned’ on the basis of conscious or unconscious conditions. Conditional love is purely based off of how one can benefit. You, in a sense are paying for another’s love. Constantly auditioning for a spot in their lives. Whereas in unconditional love, love is given freely no matter what. With acceptance and purity. Loving is primary. Conditional love requires some kind of finite exchange, whereas unconditional love is seen as infinite and measureless. I think that, at any given point, we are faced with the choice of whether to move on with what the universe gives and takes or to hold on and bury ourselves in our own misery. The choice is yours. Choose your happy over anything else. Love is different for us all. Be strong enough to Accept only unconditional love.

If all else fails, get that H2O

My water tip of the day. I try to consume about 5 to 6 L of water a day. (based off of my body weight and how much I workout this number was given to me by a nutritionist) Of course, this does not happen every single day but the point is I try. But let’s be honest… Water does tend to get boring after a while. So My current obsession is infused waters. Detox water, fruit flavored water, or fruit infused water; infused water can generally be any combination of fruits, vegetables, and herbs immersed in cold water. While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavor, it also has very low to no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health. Nutrients leak out of the fruit directly into the water. Some nutritionists estimate that you get as much as 20% of the vitamin content of freshly squeezed fruit juice, all without he extra calories or fructose. 💦💦💦 check out my last tweet in regards to where I purchased these water bottles from.
