Khloe Kardashian came under fire for photoshopping a recent gym selfie, but photoshop or not one thing’s for sure, Kardashian’s got a sick body. Kardashian began her fitness journey over three years ago and now she is easily the hottest Kardashian, but it wasn’t without hard work. Now the talk show host is sharing her favorite exercises for ripped abs, because we all deserve abs like Koko.

Here are Kardashian’s top six exercises for abs of steel:

  1. Elbow-to-Knee crunch: Lie on your back with your hands clasped behind your head and feet flat on the floor. Curl up and bring your left elbow and shoulder across your body, while bringing your right knee up to meet your elbow (or as close as you can get). Release, switch sides and repeat. Do 3 sets of 10 reps.
  2. Swiss Ball Reverse: Lie on your back with your arms raised above your head, and grab your stability ball between your ankles. Straighten and raise your legs, while bringing your arms up to meet the ball. Slowly return to original position and repeat. Do 3 sets of 10 reps.
  3. Hip Press: Start by lying on your back, with your arms down by your sides, palms flat on the floor and legs in the air with your toes flexed. Slowly raise your hips towards the ceiling while keeping your head and arms pressed to the floor. Release, return to original position and repeat. Do 1 set of 20 reps.
