Did Maxim Photoshop Ashley Graham to Make Her Look Thinner?

Ashley Graham’s latest cover with Maxim magazine is causing quite a stir.

Fans are accusing the publication of using Photoshop to slim down the models’ signature curves just a day after Graham’s nude cover was revealed. Many have taken to social media to allege that Maxim has digitally altered the 28-year-old’s pictures to portray her with a thinner frame.

“Way too photoshopped,” one user commented on Graham’s Instagram. “You shouldn’t have allowed this. It looks like you have a third tit.”

“Maxim obviously edited her photo to make her appear slimmer. Her arm is usually bigger than that in her other photos,” another noted. “Also, why does @maximmag have to cover up most of her curves? They couldn’t give her a nice bikini or lingerie to wear?”

However, the photographer has hit back and refuted claims that the images have been heavily altered.

“I shoot this image of Ashley, and we don’t slimmer her at all!!!” Gilles Bensimon wrote to one fan. “We don’t cover anything, but I don’t know you want to be in charge of the style.”
