Drake’s evolution from champagne-showering OVO 6 God to stick-whittling forest dweller has rapidly moved forth with the release of a duet with Barf Troop artist Babeo Baggins, which partially covers Jackson Brown’s classic hit “These Days”.

Baggins admits that she introduced the “Hotline Bling” singer to the tune upon proposing the collaboration.”‘These Days’ is my favorite song in the world, and I showed him the song because he had never heard it,” the Tumblr star told Dazed. “He connected with it, which explains us doing the cover.”

Drake’s tiptoeing in the world of folk is to be expected given his ~maturity~ over the past year.
