Hillary Clinton Visited Beyoncé’s Music Video Set and Time Stood Still
Scientifically unconfirmed, but our hearts know this to be true.
While we the pedestrians patiently wait for Beyoncé to unload her sixth studio album, presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton was so inclined to pay the “Formation” singer a visit on the set of her music video shoot on Thursday, Mar. 24. A source tells Us Weekly that while it is unclear as to whether Clinton was in front of the camera or not, it is certain that Knowles is recording music videos to accompany the new album.
The day after her visit, the Democratic candidate was already back on the campaign trail and made a very poignant metaphor for her presidential goals.
“I want to be as good a president as Beyoncé is a performer,” she said at an Iowa town hall. “You see her on TV, it’s impressive; you see her in person, you’re just stunned. Thinking like, ‘How does she do that?’ Really. I mean, she’s singing, she’s up and she’s down. She’s just amazing.”
