Caitlyn Jenner Set to Appear on Next Season of ‘Transparent’

It’s a match made in TV heaven!

It’s been announced that Caitlyn Jenner will be appearing on the Amazon original show Transparent for the third season.

Jill Soloway, the show’s creator and executive producer, told ABC News Jenner’s participation is a “dream come true” at the GLAAD Media Awards on Saturday.

There’s no details on what Cait’s role will be in the dramedy, but she will be filming scenes this week.

The show centers on Maura Pfefferman (Jeffrey Tambor) and her journey as a trans person in Los Angeles.

Apparently getting the reality star on the show was fairly easy for Soloway.

“We are all part of the same community. A lot of the transwomen who work on our show are also in her show, I am Cait,” said Soloway. “Lots of crossover. Lots of friends.”
