- The Shoulder (200 Calories): “The Shoulder is apparently the BEST sex position when it comes to getting in a full workout. To try it, lie flat on your back and raise your legs, lift your butt and thighs and support your lower back with your hands on your man’s thighs. When you thrust you’ll be working EVERYTHING—butt, abs, back, core and legs. This site swears it burns 71 calories per minute!!!”
- The Bridge (100 Calories): “The Bridge is for yoga masters! I honestly don’t know if I’d have the arm strength to support myself in this position for more than 30 seconds, LOL. But if you can, you’ll be working your biceps, triceps, abs, glutes, quads, AND calves. DAMN.”
- Reverse Cowgirl (75 Calories): A position like reverse cowgirl will not only get the job done 😜, it’ll give your core a hardcore workout!
