2016 MTV Movie Awards: 14 Roles Your Hosts Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Hart Totally Nailed

The 2016 MTV Movie Awards are right around the corner, and judging by the choice in hosts, the show is going to be amazing.

This year’s hosts are Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Kevin Hart. The two are starring in this summer’s highly anticipated action-comedy, Central Intelligence.

Both have been nominated before, and both are nominated again this year. “The Rock” has been nominated for “Best Villain” for Get Smart and “Best Fight” for The Rundown, but this year he’s hoping to take home either “Best Hero” or “Best Action Performance” for his role in San Andreas.

As for Hart, he’s been nominated in the past for his role in Ride Along, and even won “Best Comedic Performance” for his role for The Wedding Ringer, but he’s hoping to take home the same award for his role in Ride Along 2.

The two are also involved with several projects coming up. “The Rock” is starring in an adaptation of Baywatch in 2017, while Hart is is lending his voice to the animated film The Secret Life of Pets. And of course, the two have Central Intelligence to look forward to in June.

The pair have a tough act to follow when it comes to hosting. Amy Schumer, last year’s host, killed it with her humor. The hosts have always been famous for being funny, like Conan O’Brien, Rebel Wilson and Andy Samberg.

With their multiple nominations and awesome movies performances, plus their teamwork, “The Rock” and Hart are sure to impress.
