‘Pretty Little Liars’ Brandon Jones Pulls a Gun on His Neighbor, Faces Major Prison Time

When “pretty” gets ugly.

Brandon Jones, actor on the series Pretty Little Liars, pulled out a handgun on his neighbor to end a dispute on Mar. 24 and now has been arrested with the prospect of major prison time.

TMZ reports that the D.A.’s Office charged the actor for assault with a firearm given that he only pointed the gun at his neighbor, but did not fire or strike him with it. He was also charged with two misdemeanors, exhibiting a deadly weapon and exhibiting a concealable firearm in public. The second of these two incidents occurred in October 2015.

His representative states:

“It is our understanding that the gun in Mr. Jones’ possession was fully legal and registered, that he was on his girlfriend’s private property, and that he and his girlfriend felt that they were under threat in a dispute with neighbors.”

They added that they are “confident” that Jones will be exonerated, though he faces five and a half years of prison if he is convicted.
