Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo List Their ‘1-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom’ Soho Loft for $5.5 Million
With their first child on the way, the Maroon 5 frontman and the Victoria’s Secret model are looking to upgrade and possibly relocating from New York to California.
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have listed their 2,800-square foot Soho loft for $5.5 million. It may only be “1-bedroom, 2-bathrooms,” but clearly this isn’t your average 1-bedroom New York apartment.
It’s spacious AF, features direct elevator entrance, and boasts a huge living room space complete with a pool table, exposed brick, six large columns, and a humongous chandelier. It also looks perfect for large social gatherings due to the large blue velvet couches the couple decorated their pad with.
The bedroom is perfectly well-lit and large, outfitted with a huge walk-in closet. Note the Nightmare Before Christmas pillow:
The kitchen is likewise spacious, featuring a huge island with bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and open cabinets.
As the Observer reports, ever since Levine announced he and Prinsloo were expecting their first child back in mid March, “it makes sense they’d want to trade in the co-op at 112 Greene Street, which they purchased shortly after they got married in Mexico in July of 2014,” originally for $4.5 million.
According to the Oxford Property Group listing, all the furniture can be included in the sale. It would be cool to own a little piece of Levine, is all we’re saying.
The couple was recently spotted looking at real estate in the Pacific Palisade, but no worries if they’re still shopping by the time the baby comes: Adam already owns a home in Beverly Hills, CA, which he bought back in 2012 for $4.83 million.’
