The Kardashian Report: Khloé Shares 5 Workout Moves that Will Get You into Her Leather Pants

It’s no secret that Khloé Kardashian is looking like a walking flame emoji as of late, especially due to her revenge body workout sessions with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. Now, Khloé is sharing her fitness secrets on her website, Khloé with a K, that illustrates 5 easy moves with cute little graphics.
The first exercise that she recommends is squats. “Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides,” explains Kardashian. “As you squat down, keep your knees behind your ankles—sometimes it helps to think of sitting back in an imaginary chair! Making sure you are pressing your weight into your heels, lower yourself so that your thighs are as parallel to the floor as possible.”
