Kesha Joins Zedd on Stage with Surprise Coachella Performance

Kesha Sings ‘A Special Thanks’ to Fans
The songstress expressed her gratitude in the best way possible.

Kesha is not letting her legal troubles affect her weekend.

The singer — who still battling to be released from her contract with Dr. Luke — joined Zedd during his Coachella set to sing the DJ’s hit song “True Colors”. Her surprise return to the stage marked Kesha’s first public musical performance in months. Wearing all-black, with a matching, wide-brim hat, the 29-year-old also showed off her new, rainbow-colored hair.

“I won’t apologize for the fire in my eyes,” she sang. “Let me show you my true colors.” Zedd is among the many celebrities who publicly supported Kesha and her sexual assault case against Sony and Dr. Luke. “Very very sorry to hear about the whole situation,” he tweeted back in February. “I’ll be happy to produce a song for you if you want my help.”

“Tonight has magic to it,” Kesha wrote on Instagram prior to her performance.
