18 Celebrities Who Have Had Trouble on Tax Day
Happy Tax Day!
It’s that dreaded time of year again, it’s time to pay up to the IRS. Usually on April 15th, Tax Day was pushed back three days this year because of conflicts with the D.C. holiday Emancipation Day.
The rapper did not take too kindly to that report, firing back that she is paying that amount in monthly installments, rather than one lump sum.
She’s not the only one who’s been targeted for not paying up front. Lindsay Lohan once had her banks accounts seized by the IRS for taxes owed, and Jersey Shore’s Mike Sorrentino had a “situation” when he and his brother plead guilty and were charged with filing fraudulent tax returns in 2010 and 2011.
The lesson here is, don’t forget to file.
