This Is What Jennifer Aniston Eats to Maintain Her Perfect Body
At 47 years old, Jennifer Aniston still has one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood, and it’s not by luck. Aniston chronicled for People exactly what she eats in a day to maintain her enviable shape, “We’ve got to really be conscious and mindful around what we put inside our bodies.”
Aniston starts each morning with a cup of hot water and lemon, followed by a cup of coffee with low-fat milk and stevia. The actress’s first meal of the day usually consists of a protein shake, “I’ll put in bananas, cherries, blackberries, a greens powder, a collagen peptide, a little cacao powder, chocolate stevia drop and chocolate almond milk,” she said. “You can see I like chocolate-flavored. I don’t like protein taste.”
Next, Aniston usually has a hard boiled egg as a mid-morning snack, followed by her favorite, seared ahi tuna with cucumber and lentil salad. If she gets hungry before dinner she’ll grab some cheese or a cup of soup before she heads home for a dinner of protein and veggies. Most recently she enjoyed spiraled zucchini with chicken and pesto.
Aniston credits husband Justin Theroux to helping her become less regimented with her diet and say the two even “make pasta carbonara every couple of weeks.”
