If you did and want to dig a little deeper, Netflix is about to release a documentary, titled Team Foxcatcher, aiming to separate fact from fiction concerning the tragic death of Dave Schultz on John du Pont’s Pennsylvania estate in 1996.

Baz Luhrmann, the director behind Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge!, is helping create a new series titled The Get Down about the inception of hip-hop. The story will focus on a group of South Bronx teens growing up in a tough neighborhood in the ‘70s. The rapper Nas is a producer on the series as well.

Fans of Korean cinema get excited! Gyllenhaal is filming a new film with Bong Joon-ho, the filmmaker behind outlandish hits like Snowpiercer and The Host. The film is called Okja and is about a young girl (Lily Collins) who befriends an enormous, genetically modified pig. The girl must rescue her new friend from the evil company that created it. Strange enough for you?
