WATCH: Here’s Meghan Trainor’s ‘Me Too’ Music Video Without the Photoshop
Meghan Trainor: 1. Haters: 0.
The Grammy winner finally re-released her music video for “Me Too” on Tuesday (May 10, 2016) after taking it down from the internet over claims that her body was digitally altered to make her appear thinner. Trainor, who revealed to fans the day before that she was Photoshopped by editors without her permission, share a side-by-side a screenshot from the initial video and the one that has her stamp of approval.
In the comparison, Trainor’s waist does indeed look smaller.
“The real #metoo video is finally up!” Trainor wrote. “Missed that bass.”
Previously, the 22-year-old blasted those behind her new music video for editing her appearance.
“They Photoshopped the crap outta me,” she told fans in a series of videos on Snapchat earlier this week. “My waist is not that teeny, I had a bomb waist that night. I don’t know why they didn’t like my waist, but … I didn’t approve that video and it went out to the world. So I’m embarrassed.”
