Scott Patterson Shares Photo of Him and Lauren Graham as ‘Gilmore Girls’ Reboot Wraps Production
That’s a wrap for the cast and crew of Netflix’s Gilmore Girls reboot!
Scott Patterson shared a photo of him and Lauren Graham in the wee hours of the morning today (May 12), captioning it, “That’s a wrap! Just hand @thelaurengraham the Emmy now! #GilmoreGirls #Netflix #WarnerBrosTV #whatagreatride!”

The photo of our beloved on-screen couple (…well, hopefully they’re a couple), Luke and Lorelai, is certainly giving Gilmore Girls fans life right now, since the showrunners Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino have remained somewhat mum on what’s happening with the characters in the reboot.
We do know that at the beginning of the reboot, Luke and Lorelai are not yet married…
According to TVLine, nearly 40 original cast members (including Melissa McCarthy!!) are returning. Amy Sherman Palladino and Dan Palladino will each be directing two installments, each of which represent a different season (“Fall,” “Winter,” “Spring,” and “Summer”), taking course over one calendar year and occurring approximately 8 years later (i.e. in real-time).
At least we’ll soon find out what’s happening in Stars Hollow when the four, 90-minute installments of Gilmore Girls premieres on Netflix sometime before Christmas of this year.
