She’s had time to think.

Azealia Banks used one of her waning social outlets as a way to apologize for her lude behavior on Twitter last week, when she went off on a spewing of racist and Islamophobic slurs directed at former One Direction singer, Zayn Malik.

“Employing racial/sexual slurs/stereotypes in attempts to make fun of or degrade another person or group is not fair or fun for anyone,” wrote Banks in the Instagram below. “Allowing my anger to get the best of me, I’ve managed to insult millions of people without reason. And for that I give my deepest apologies.”

After sussing out Malik for purportedly copying visual elements from her video in his “I Would music video, Banks used the words “Punjabi,” “curry scented bitch”, and “f**got” to insult the half-Pakistani singer, which incited another round of virtual fisticuffs with Disney star Skai Jackson. She apologized, but was finally blocked from Twitter for violating the company’s Terms of Use. Get the full scoop here.
