Prince May Have Been Dead ‘Hours Before Being Found’ at His Estate
Well, this is some heartbreaking Prince news.
Although autopsy reports determining the cause of death are still pending, some new details regarding the singer’s death has surfaced. According to the Star Tribune, “a responding paramedic told staff members, law enforcement officers and others at the scene” that he appeared to have been dead for up to six hours before his body was discovered in an elevator at his Paisley Park estate.
Prince passed away at the age of 57 on April 21st of — what many are assuming — is a possible drug overdose. It was later reported that he had Percocet in his system at time of death. The really sad part in all this is that he had reportedly planned on meeting with an addiction doctor a day after his death, which ultimately could have saved his life.
Since his tragic death, there has also been a lot of drama surrounding the music icon’s will and who is entitled to his million dollar fortune. Not only are his siblings at war over his estate, but a man in prison has also claimed to be Prince’s son.
