The Best Fashion Moments From Cannes 2016, Part II

The Cannes Film Festival concluded yesterday (May 22) with a glamorous closing ceremony, in which the winners of the prestigious Palme d’Or, the Grand Prix, the Jury Prize, and more awards were announced.

There were several exciting photocalls and red carpet premieres in the days leading up to Sunday’s closing, not to mention amfAR’s 23rd annual Cinema Against AIDS Gala, which brought out all the A-listers in Hollywood and beyond.

For example, beautiful celebrities like Léa SeydouxCharlize Theron, Marion Cotillard, Adèle Exarchopoulos, Diego Luna, Isabelle Huppert, Elle Fanning, Vincent Cassel, Kirsten Dunst, Juliette Binoche, and many more supported movies such as ElleBlood FatherThe Salesman (Forushande)The Last FaceNeon Demon, and It’s Only The End Of The World (Juste La Fin Du Monde).

Léa Seydoux wore one of our favorite festival ensembles of all, head-to-toe Louis Vuitton from their Pre-Fall 2016 collection, during the photocall for her film It’s Only the End of the World (Juste La Fin Du Monde) on May 19.

Xavier Dolan, the 27-year-old director of It’s Only The End of the World (Juste La Fin Du Monde), and the rest of the cast (Seydoux, Nathalie Baye, Cassel, Gaspard Ulliel, and Cotillard), all looked stunning at the red carpet premiere for the film on May 19. Dolan, who won the third-placed Jury Prize in 2014 for Mommy and directed Adele’s record-breaking music video for “Hello,” was ultimately awarded the Grand Prix, which is the second-most prestigious prize of the festival after the Palme d’Or.

We think it’s safe to say that they also get the award for best dressed and hottest cast.

For what it’s worth, Vincent Cassel is looking incredibly sexy right now (pictured at the May 19 photocall).

Charlize Theron and Adèle Exarchopoulos, co-starring in the Sean Penn-directed movie The Last Face, looked gorgeous at the photocall on May 20.

Later in the evening for the movie’s premiere, Theron slayed the red carpet wearing Dior Haute Couture, proving one need not wear a gown and that style is all about attitude anyways.

Isabelle Huppert, starring in the empowering and acclaimed rape revenge fantasy Elle, looked like glam personified wearing a long emerald skirt and similarly-hued collared shirt.

Opting to walk solo rather than with beau Orlando Bloom, Katy Perry wore a statement-making, elaborate and ruffled red Marchesa gown at amfAR’s 23rd annual Cinema Against AIDS Gala on May 19.
