More updates on Mark Salling's disturbing child porn arrest.

But he will have to wear a monitoring device.

Former Glee star Mark Salling pled not guilty to charges of receiving and possessing child pornography on Friday (June 3, 2016). He was spotted arriving in court with his lawyer in order to surrender himself to federal authorities. However, just a couple of hours later, he was released on $150,000 bond.

On Thursday (June 2, 2016), the actor was photographed leaving his bank with a check made out to the U.S. District Court, hence why he’s a free man for now.

His next trial date has been set for July 12, but will be required to wear a monitoring device. He must also stay away from minors, he is not allowed to have a computer (unless it is approved by the court), and he cannot use any device with access to the internet.
