Step Inside the $85 Million Mansion Once Owned by Cher and Eddie Murphy
Now this is a home fit for an A-Lister.
A sprawling estate once owned by the likes of Cher and Eddie Murphy is up on the market again. According to the Wall Street Journal, the luxury Beverly Hills abode is currently listed for a whopping $85 million.
Sitting on 16 acres of prime real estate, the property boasts lavish on-site amenities such as a Moroccan-inspired guesthouse, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a horse stable, and two riding rings. The current home owner and her late-husband bought the place when it was just the house, but snagged up the mansion’s neighboring lots to build a full compound after the 1990s.
The main house, which is partly renovated at the moment, measures about 20,000 square feet. It’s currently being sold as-is.
Cher owned the swanky pad in the 1980s. She sold it to Murphy in 1988. The comedian parted ways with the estate in 1995.
