Azealia Banks Promises to Never Use the Word ‘F*ggot’ Ever Again

Azealia Banks ‘Apologizes’ for Latest Horrific Rant
The vitriolic rapper (kinda) walked back some racist, homophobic remarks.

Let’s hope she can keep her promise.

Azealia Banks took to Facebook — the only social media account she’s allowed to use — to announce that she will no longer say the word “faggot” again. She also goes on to apologize and explain why she’s used the word so freely in the past. “The amount of people that get hurt when I use the word vs. the amount of people I’ve said it to are just not worth it,” she wrote.

In case you forgot, the rapper was banned from Twitter in May after her comments about Zayn Malik — who she referred to as a “faggot,” a “sand nigga,” and a “paki.”

Banks stated that she wanted to, “SINCERELY apologize to my fans for having let so many of you down over the years.” Read her full apology below.

Do we think Azealia is being genuine? Or is it just a matter of time before she attacks someone else with her words? Maybe she just wants her Twitter account back…
