Kevin Hart’s Home Robbed of $500K in Jewelry and Apparel Over the Weekend
Kevin Hart was met with an unpleasant surprise upon his return home.
After spending a weekend in Florida training with Ndamukong Suh of the Miami Dolphins, the comedian discovered that his house in Tarzana, California was robbed while it was left vacant. Police say that the backdoor to Hart’s Tarzana home was pried open and that the culprit made off with jewelry, watches, and clothes, according to a post from TMZ.
The open investigation will examine indoor and outdoor surveillance footage in order to determine who the thief or thieves were. Hart reported the theft to law enforcement immediately upon returning to the home on Monday. E! News notes that the Tarzana compound is situated in a gated community that has two security guards monitoring the entrance.
