This Is What Kim Kardashian Eats in a Day to Maintain Her 60 Pound Weight Loss

Kardashian has been on a mission for the last six months to lose all 60 pounds of baby weight she gained while pregnant with baby #2, Saint West. Now that she’s finally reached her goal, she’s spilling all her secrets. Anyone who’s ever tried to change their body will tell you more than half of the battle is what you eat, which is why in addition to daily high-intensity workouts, Kardashian followed the very strict low carb Atkins diet.
And just in case you were looking to follow in Kardashian’s footsteps, the mother of two gave People an inside look at her “militant” daily food diary.
48-64 ounces of liquids a day
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and smoked Gouda4 oz. Green yogurt with 1/3 cup fresh blueberries or Chicken chorizo and cauliflower sauté with cheese and salsa.
Snack: Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Cherry and Nuts Bar or ½ small apple and 2 oz. cheddar cheese.
Lunch: Grilled lime chicken over spinach salad with a feta ranch dressing or turkey burger with chipotle aioli, tomato, pickles, and onions.
Snack: 1 medium carrot and 4 tbsp. hummus or Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Bar.
Dinner: Lemon thyme halibut with sautéed green beans or slow roasted lemon rosemary chicken with asparagus1/3 cup of wild rice.
Even though Kardashian has reached her pre-baby weight, she still has about 12 pounds before she reaches her true goal weight. “I want to get back down to 120,” she admitted. “My butt and my hips are the last to go, but I’m not stopping!”
“After having two kids, and being able to get in shape and still feel good about myself, I’ve never felt better,” she continued, “I worked my ass off, I’ve altered my life and I’m proud of that.”
