John Stamos Rebounds from ‘Grandfathered’ Cancellation with a Role in ‘Scream Queens’

You got this, dude.

John Stamos is doing just fine after FOX canceled his series Grandfathered last month. The Wrap reports that Stamos will join Season 2 of Ryan Murphy’s Scream Queens, which currently features Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin and Keke Palmer. The second season of the show will relocate the sorority house to a hospital, where Stamos will portray the “secretive” head surgeon, Dr. Brock Holt.

The Full House actor shared his excitement about the new move on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Stamos has been hard at work on Season 2 of Fuller House, on which he also is credited as an executive producer. Candace Cameron Bure shared a photo on Instagram during a recent table read.

Bob Saget and Stamos seem to be bonding ahead of production given this public display of affection that may or may not have been consensual at a Dodgers game on Thursday (June 16).
