That Time Rory Gilmore Talked with First Lady Michelle Obama

This Is Who Rory Won't End Up with in the 'Gilmore Girls' Revival
Though it's been confirmed that all three of Rory Gilmore's (Alexis Bledel) ex-boyfriends will make an appearance on Netflix's Gilmore Girls revival, it's now officially set in stone that one of them will definitely not end up within the four-part series

As we get more and more excited about the revival of Gilmore Girls, which will be released on Netflix, the official Twitter account posted a video of Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) chatting with First Lady Michelle Obama about books.

It gives hints on what profession Rory may have ended up pursuing after she graduated from Yale. When last we saw Rory in 2007, she had gotten her first grown-up job, working on Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. So does that mean she went on to work for the Obama Administration OR does it mean she fulfilled her dream of being a journalist? Hmmm…

There have been other plot details that have slipped out since it was announced Netflix was rebooting the beloved series, including which of Rory’s romances stood the test of time — and which didn’t.

The four-part Gilmore Girls is set to premiere later this year.
