Charlie Sheen Sells Beverly Hills Home for $5.415 Million
Charlie Sheen is enjoying success with real estate right now, as he’s just sold his Beverly Hills mansion for $5.415 million.
He originally purchased it for $4.8 million in 2012 from one of the Detroit Pistons owners, Tom Gores, for his estranged wife Brooke Mueller and their two sons.
Located in Mulholland Estates, the five-bed, six-bath home was built in 1991 and is 6,625 square feet.
The front courtyard features a fountain and lush foliage, set behind private gates.
The mansion also features a movie theater, office, family room, and fully equipped kitchen with a large center island.
As for the backyard, there’s a large grassy area, tennis court, swimming pool and spa along with a fire pit.
Sheen sold his other Beverly Hills property at a loss in 2015. According to Trulia, he purchased the property from Orion Pictures co-founder Mike Medavoy for $7 million, and it sold for $6.6 million.
His third Beverly Hills home (the one he has yet to sell) was purchased in 2006 for $7.2 million.
