This film set a new record for its sale at Sundance this year, nabbing $17.5 million, so the anticipation is high. Written, produced, directed and starring Parker, the story centers on a violent slave rebellion, which is based on a true story.

Remember those images of LaBeouf sporting a rat-tail? Well, this indie feature is what he was working on. The story follows Star (Sasha Lane) a rebellious teen who joins a wild magazine sales crew trekking around middle America; violence, young love and wild partying soon follow.
