Tom Ford, whose fashion designs have been worn by A-listers like Gwyneth Paltrow and Rihanna, is in the middle of closing an off-market deal to buy one Tinseltown’s most opulent houses. According to the Los Angeles Times, Ford is in talks with hotelier Brad Korzen and interior designer Kelly Wearstler to purchase their seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home nestled in Beverly Hills for a whopping $53 million.

Set on 3.2 acres of manicured terrain, the Old Hollywood estate includes a main house, a two-bedroom guesthouse, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and large motor court at the entrance. The lavish abode also boasts a gym, a screening room, an expansive chefs kitchen, a family room, a formal living and dining room, and an inner courtyard ideal for outdoor entertaining.

Built in the 1960s by silent film star Hobart Bosworth, the sprawling property also once home to The Thin Man actor William Powell, producer Albert R. Broccoli, and actress Diane Keaton.

Though it was rumored that Beyoncé and Jay Z had their eyes set on this exact residence, sources tell the Times that the music power couple were never “serious” about making a purchase.

Regardless, this is a mansion that even Queen Bey would feel at home in. Take a tour of the pricey digs — below!
