Here’s Khloé Kardashian Anti-Aging Secret

It doesn’t take much to have youthful-looking skin, according to Khloé Kardashian. In a new post shared on her app, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star reveals her anti-aging secrets.

While she admittedly doesn’t believe in extractions or doing facials, she does prefer a few preventative methods to keep her skin looking firm. Best of all? Even you can find some of these products at your local drugstore.

Here are her “anti-aging” essentials, according to Kardashian.

“For me, ‘anti-aging’ is really all about hydration,” she says. “Drinking lots of water is a must.” Kardashian recommends SmartWater and even keeps her fridge stocked with it at all times.

“I also wear sunscreen every day, especially on my hands,” Kardashian explains. “Hands are always out in the sun, so they age the most. I keep extra sunscreen in the glove boxes of all of my cars in case I forget. When the sun hits my hands while I’m driving, it reminds me to slather more on!!!” She uses the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen with SPF 55 for extra protection.

Kardashian says she covers face with essential oils every night before she goes to bed. She uses Bio-Oil and Vitamin E capsules and put Aquaphor Healing Ointment Advanced Therapy Skin Protectant around her eyes. “All of this stuff is super cheap and can be found in any drugstore,” she notes.

For those with a bigger beauty budget, Kardashian recommends getting laser treatment.

“I don’t believe in extractions and don’t do facials, but I get laser treatments from Dr. Orian. I did my first Coolaser treatment with him before I left for Cuba to even out my skin tone, and it was so traumatic, LOL!!!” she writes. “I swore I would never do it again, but you know what? It really did make my skin look amazing!!!”
