Kylie Jenner Is ‘Sick and Tired’ of You Complaining About Her Lip Kits
Just a day after it was revealed that the Better Business Bureau has slapped an F rating on Kylie Jenner’s makeup company, Kylie Cosmetics, after receiving numerous complaints from consumers about the faulty quality of her products, the reality star-turned-budding entrepreneur is hitting back with a response of her own.
“I’ve sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we’ve received to date has been addressed in a timely manner. I’m sick and tired of people coming for my business,” Jenner writes on her app. “I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy. I don’t want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts.”
“I love you and apologize to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn’t receive the service they deserve,” she continues. Jenner also notes that “the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating.”
According to recent reports, Jenner’s company has racked up a whopping 137 customer complaints in just nine months of its operation. Constant problems people have been having include security breaches and poorly packed parcels.
In April, makeup guru Jeffree Star, who also owns a cult cosmetics line, slammed Kylie Cosmetics for its lack of quality control when several of the products arrived completely defective. Jenner then vowed to change the design and promised to continue improving her brand.
“I changed my entire matte formula in the first month to be less dry and thick and I changed the wand to be more comfortable because I listen to you guys, and I love perfection. So good or bad, I love hearing your feedback,” she wrote in an Instagram post at the time. “When I saw the problem with my lip gloss brushes I stopped all production and changed it. Life is a learning experience and we learn from our mistakes.”
