Ozzy Osbourne’s Mistress Is Suing Kelly Osbourne for Defamation and More

Michelle Pugh, the hair stylist who had an affair with Ozzy Osbourne, is suing Ozzy’s daughter, Kelly Osbourne, for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and public disclosure of private facts.

When the news broke in May that Ozzy and wife Sharon Osbourne were separating, it was revealed to be due to the fact Ozzy cheated with Pugh. Kelly then took to Twitter to slam Michelle.

In the tweet, which has since been deleted, Kelly wrote, “Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-light and blow out and a b—–b call …,” and she listed Pugh’s phone number, which is now understandably disconnected.

In court documents, obtained by E! News, Michelle claims Kelly “intentionally and maliciously harmed her by publishing private facts and defamatory statements, in addition to inciting a rash of mass cyber-bullying against [Michelle] utilizing the highly popular social media platform, Twitter, wherein Kelly had approximately 4.07 million followers.” Pugh is seeking compensatory damages, attorneys’ fees, punitive damages and “other relief.”

Ozzy and Sharon have since patched things up, and the rocker is now seeking treatment for a sex addiction.

Pugh opened up to People to say she and Ozzy shared something special during their four-year affair, but Ozzy’s rep recently stated the magazine, “Over the last six years, Ozzy Osbourne has been dealing with a sex addiction. He is sorry if Ms. Pugh took their sexual relationship out of context. He would like to apologize to the other women he has been having sexual relationships with. Out of the bad comes good.”
