If you thought Tom Brady and Gisele Bünchen’s former Los Angeles mansion was impressive, wait until you get a load of the couple’s new lavish apartment in New York City!

Brady, 39, and Bünchen, 36, have dropped $20 million for a palatial pad located in Tribeca’s 70 Vestry building, Page Six reports. Though construction is still ongoing and will not be completed until 2018, the husband-and-wife duo are reportedly in contract to nab a five-bedroom place inside the much-coveted waterfront property.

Sitting at 5,000 square feet, their new abode will have limestone and marble features and a sprawling terrace overlooking he Hudson River. According to Trulia, amenities also include a café, a children’s playroom, exercise studios, a sauna, and a steam room. The luxury complex also boasts access to an 82-foot lap pool and a covered porte-cochère entrance for VIP residents like the NFL star and his supermodel wife.
