The TV star is on thin ice after physically attacking a co-worker.

Criminal Minds star Thomas Gibson has been suspended from production after reportedly getting into an altercation with co-executive producer Virgil Williams. According to Deadline, the actor kicked Williams during a dispute on set.

This isn’t the first time Gibson has gotten physical with during a heated disagreement. Several years ago, he allegedly pushed an assistant director and was forced to attend anger management classes.

Gibson, who is an original cast member on the criminal procedural, might have been directing when the alleged incident occurred. His future directing gigs for Season 12 have been nixed in the aftermath of the altercation.

Gibson released a statement addressing the incident:

“There were creative differences on the set and a disagreement. I regret that it occurred,” he wrote. “We all want to work together as a team to make the best show possible. We always have and we always will.”
