Blake Lively Cuts Out These Two Foods to Achieve Her Insane Bikini Body
Blake Lively is sharing the secret to her amazing bikini body.
Lively may be expecting now, but she’s no stranger to whipping her body into amazing shape in no time flat. During a recent interview with Australian radio hosts Kyle and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, Lively admitted her diet secret is pretty simple; she avoids these two foods: “I did no gluten and no soy,” she admitted. “Once you remove soy, you realize you’re eating no processed foods. So that’s basically what I did. No processed foods and then working out.”
While cutting out both seems brutal —no bread? Don’t tell Oprah — Lively revealed cutting out soy was the hardest. “[It] seems like, ‘Oh, that’s really easy to cut that out,’ but then you realize, there’s soy in everything,” she said. “Like, everything you eat, there is soy in it. Even if it’s healthy, Whole Foods organic stuff, there’s always soy in it.”
Even though the soon-to-be-mother-of-two’s diet seems strict, there was something surprising she was allowed to eat. “I was still able to have sugar and all of those things. It’s all in moderation,” she revealed. “You just have a balance of protein, carbs, and vegetables. And it wasn’t the worst. Like, I was eating rice and sushi.”
