Amy Schumer and Ben Hanisch Make Their Red Carpet Debut as a Couple
After nine months of bliss, the couple finally made their highly-anticipated first red carpet appearance together at GQ’s Men of the Year Awards at the Tate Modern in London on Tuesday night (Sept. 6, 2016). At the event, Hanisch came to support Schumer as she accepted the Woman of the Year award.
Schumer and Hanisch coordinated in matching black attire. The comedienne stunned in a unique one-shoulder mini dress while Hanisch, a furniture designer, opted for a clean cut look in a suit and tie. The pair made their romantic connection by using an online dating app. They’ve been spotted alongside each other at various public sightings and several high-profile events ever since.
Although Hanisch was Schumer’s main squeeze of the evening, she made an exception for fellow actors Ricky Gervais and Patrick Stewart as she took to Instagram to post a goofy picture with the two Men of the Year honorees.
