Will Kylie and Kendall Jenner Have to Pay for Allegedly Breaking the Elevator They Got Stuck In?

Kylie Jenner and her big sister, Kendall Jenner, had a little scare last Thursday (Sept. 8, 2016) when they got stuck in an elevator in their luxury Tribeca apartment building, but now a report says they might have to pay for allegedly breaking the damn thing.

According to Page Six, the building wants the girls to foot the bill for fixing the elevator. A source said, “They’re getting hit with the bill. They were holding the elevator to the point that it went off track.”

There are just six units in the building with “private keyed elevator access,” and residents could hear the alarm beeping as they held it open, the insider added, “It’s like, ‘Welcome to New York,’ and high-rise living!”

The building’s developer Steven Schnall, however, told Page Six that the Jenners had nothing to do with the elevator’s issues. “The elevator got stuck a couple of times. We made a service call and will surely get a bill — but nobody ever suggested that Kylie or Kendall pay the bill.”

Apparently, when the elevator stopped, the Jenner sisters, along with pals Hailey Baldwin and Jordyn Woods, called 911 and were eventually rescued by NY firefighters 34 minutes later.

Kendall naturally recorded the whole thing on Snapchat, saying how “terrified and hungry” she was. It’s was a really, really rough 34 minutes.
