The Fantastic Four starlet might be cashing in her company for a pretty penny!

According to sources with the Wall Street Journal, Jessica Alba’s Honest Company is in early negotiations with Unilever PLC for the “green” company’s possible sale. Honest is reportedly valued somewhere between $1 billion and $1.7 billion. (The latter is a recent valuation.)

Alba’s fast-growing operation has given heavy-hitters like Proctor & Gamble a run for their money by vowing to offer responsibly made products that don’t contain harsh chemicals and and has built a loyally following among environmentally-conscientious mothers.

Honest reportedly brings in roughly $300 million in annual revenue. No deal has been struck yet, and the company is still reportedly considering an initial public offering as an alternative.

Alba is among a slew of celebrities, including Jessica Simpson and George Clooney, who have parlayed their fame into smart business ventures in recent years.
