Here’s What Leonardo DiCaprio’s $10.95 Million Beach House Looks Like

You — yes, you — can now live like Leonardo DiCaprio. After 18 years, the Oscar winner is finally parting ways with his seaside bachelor pad, listing the three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow for a cool $10.95 million.

Nestled in the heart of Carbon Beach — often referred to as “Billionaire’s Beach” — in Malibu, Calif., the 1,765-square-foot cottage has been beautiful remodeled to reflect its natural surroundings. Just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, the airy home boasts a spacious sun room, a covered patio complete with its very own hot tub, and direct access to the beach.

According to Trulia, DiCaprio scooped up the place way back in 1998 for $1.6 million and has been renting it out for a whopping $23,000 per month (and $50,000 per month during the summer months) as he travels the world.

Oh, the life of an A-list celeb! Take a tour of his private digs — below.
