It seems like Leonardo DiCaprio is parting ways with some of his properties in his giant real estate portfolio. Just days after listing his Malibu beach house, the actor has placed his four-bedroom, three-bathroom California ranch on the market for a cool $2.395 million.

Standing at 3,407 square feet, the abode is located in Studio City, a quiet neighborhood just north of Hollywood. Though it’s not as lavish as some of DiCaprio’s other properties, the home, which DiCaprio has been renting out, features state-of-the-art upgrades, exposed wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, massive windows, hardwood floors and a brick fireplace.

Outside, there’s a large backyard pool, the sprawling lawn is surrounded by lush greenery and picket fences that just scream suburbia.

According to TMZ, who first reported the sale, the actor could stand to make $345,000 from the place.
