When Ally Brooke Hernandez, along with the rest of Fifth Harmony, arrived in Monterrey, Mexico on Sept. 28, 2016 for a tour stop, she was grabbed by an overzealous fan who nearly dragged her to the ground before security intervened.

In no time, a video surfaced of the terrifying encounter and the security detail’s swift action when the 23-year-old was accosted while trying to navigate the sea of fans.

After the video began circulating, Hernandez herself addressed the incident on Twitter, reassuring fans that she is fine, albeit a bit shaken.

“Just to let you know, I am okay after the airport incident. Please be careful and gentle so nobody gets hurt. That was scary. Thank you!”
