Kim Kardashian’s Bodyguard Vows to Hunt Down Robbers as Police Come Away Empty-Handed
Just days after Kardashian was robbed by masked culprits inside her Paris hotel, Duvier swore to hunt down the culprits who bound and gagged his client before making away from more than $10 million worth of jewelry.
“The events that occurred in Paris was one of the most sickening things I have seen or heard,” he wrote on a personal blog, according to the Daily Mail. He added in a message to the robbers, “We have tips and leads and we will find you. That I promise you…you messed with the wrong one.”
Duvier, who has been working for Kardashian since 2014, was away Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian at the time of the robbery. According to reports, he was called in by stylist Simone Harouch, who was downstairs when the culprits were robbing Kardashian on the floor above, after the theft and accompanied the reality star back to New York City.
Days before the theft, Duvier was hailed as a hero when he tackled Ukrainian prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who tried to plant a kiss on Kardashian’s butt while she was walking in public, in Paris. After the incident, Kardashian even tweeted that the bodyguard is a total “G.”

Though Duvier believes the robbers could be found, local authorities are saying otherwise. According to TMZ, the police’s search for video footage of the culprits have come up dry as there was no documented surveillance inside or outside the hotel premise. The cops are said to have only access to police surveillance footage, which did not record the robbers fleeing the scene.
Kardashian was robbed of a jewelry box worth $6.7 million, along with a cell phone and a $4.5 million ring she recently received from husband Kanye West. According to Kardashian, the thieves, who were masked and spoke only French, knew what they were looking for as they kept demanding for a “ring, ring.” Kardashian’s cell phone has reportedly been wiped remotely.
