Patrick Dempsey’s Wife Just Got Rid of Her $7.575 Million Mansion

Now they’re one big happy family again, Patrick Dempsey’s wife, Jillian, who filed for divorce from the actor in January 2015 before calling it off a year later, has sold what was going to be her divorcée digs.

Mrs. McDreamy just closed the deal on the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home she bought while she was separated from Dempsey, according to TMZ. Bought for $6.1 million last summer, the home was sold off by Jillian, a makeup artist, to Black Mass director Scott Cooper and his producer wife for a whopping $7.575 million. How’s that for a little pocket change?

Located in the Pacific Palisades, a ritzy suburb of Los Angeles, the swanky abode boasts luxury details like cathedral ceilings and White French oak style hardwood floors. The main house, which stands at 6,135 square feet, features a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen with Carrera marble countertops, a butler’s pantry and wine refrigerator, an expansive great room, a library, a maid’s room, a children’s play room, a massage parlor and a massive master suite completely with a walk-in closet.

Outside, there sits a pool with an adjoining spa, lush greenery and a separate guesthouse with its own bathroom and kitchenette.

Clearly, the Dempsey family knows how to live. Take a tour of Jill’s pad — below!
