Here’s What Mandy Moore’s Home of 14 Years Looks Like
Fourteen years and one marriage later, Mandy Moore is parting ways with her 1920s home located in the Los Angeles enclave of Los Feliz. According to the Los Angeles Times, the This Is Us actress has sold the five-bedroom, five-bathroom abode for $2.95 million.
Sitting at 4,700 square feet, the rustic residence features stunning details such as exposed wooden beams, French doors, wrought-iron railings, beautifully crafted chandeliers and rolled ceilings decorated with ornate beading. The property also boasts a step-down living room with a tiled fireplace, an eat-in kitchen with high-end appliances and butcher block counters and a spacious master suite with its own private balcony.
Outside, there’s sits a quiet courtyard surrounded by lush greenery, citrus trees and rose bushes, with a wooden staircase leading to another patio area.
Moore reportedly bought the place in late 2002 for $1.725 million. It was previously listed for $3.099 million.
As previously reported, this was one of the properties Moore got to keep as a part of her divorce settlement with ex-husband Ryan Adams. She also retained ownership of a condo in Beverly Hills and half of their furniture, as well as a $425,000 from the singer to even up their takeaway assets.
