Bethenny Frankel Is Selling Her Condo for $6.95 Million After Jason Hoppy Divorce

Following a nasty and highly publicized divorce, Bethenny Frankel is hoping to move on by selling the apartment she and her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, had been fighting over for the last four years.

The Real Housewives of New York City has put the stunning four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo up for sale for a whopping $6.95 million, according to People. Full renovated and sitting at the 3,600 square feet, the luxury residence is a thing of beauty to behold.

Through the loft’s polish nickel entryway sits a spacious living and dining room that opens to a sun-soaked kitchen. Decked out in high-end appliances, Ceasarstone countertops, built-in espresso machine and a full-size wine refrigerator that can store over 180 bottles, the cooking area is essentially a dream for any foodie (or a Skinnygirl like Frankel herself).

The property also boasts library and a large master suite with it own steam shower, soaking tub, bidet, his-and-her sinks and brand new marble vanity. The listing notes that its walk-in dressing room, which Frankel converted as a personal closet, can be transformed into a fifth bedroom.

As for the icing on the cake, the swanky pad is just a stone’s throw away from Beyoncé and Jay Z’s New York City love nest. That’s right, you — yes, you — can become neighbors to Queen Bey and Hova, who owns a place of their in the same building all for a few million bucks.

No wonder Frankel’s ex didn’t want to move out.
