Sarah Jessica Parker stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last night to talk about her new HBO show Divorce, but fans couldn’t help but wonder if she’d ever bring any of her old characters back to life.
During the segment of the show in which fans call in and ask questions, Parker got two back to back questions about everyone’s favorite movie and TV show, Hocus Pocus and Sex and the City.
“I would love that,” Parker said when asked if she would sign on to a sequel to the 1993 Disney cult classic. “I think we’ve all been fairly vocal about being very keen but that hasn’t created any groundswell of movement.”
Unfortunately, her answer about a possible Sex and the City 3 was a little less enthusiastic but still hopeful. “I’m not able to put it in percentages,” Parker said when asked what the chances were of her ever playing the iconic Carrie Bradshaw again. “There’s an old-fashioned thing called a warming drawer and it keeps the plates warm so when you serve the main course the food stays warm, she explained. “So I’ve been saying it’s in the warming drawer. That will keep people perplexed.”
Perplexed, but hopeful as ever.
