On Monday (Oct. 10, 2016), Kate Middleton, Prince William and his younger brother Prince Harry stepped out to show their gratitude and support for organizations fighting to find solutions and improve lives on World Mental Health Day.

Middleton dazzled in a pink chiffon dress by Kate Spade when joined by the royal brothers for a special gathering at County Hall, right on the bank of the River Thames, to meet with members of charities united under their Heads Together coalition.

The day’s festivities included a ride on the London Eye, the city’s giant Ferris wheel, as well as brief speeches from all three members of the royal family, admirably using their celebrity to de-stigmatize an important societal issue.

Mental health is not a dirty word – we all have mental health like we do physical health, good or ill,” William said, via E! News. “But not seeking help at those times when it all seems too much, or we are depressed or anxious, can impact the rest of our lives. Put simply, the three of us want to make asking for help no longer a big deal.”
