It’s no secret that Kourtney Kardashian is one busy mom. So when it comes time to exercise, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has a simple and hassle-free solution to staying fit.

According to a video shared on her app, Kardashian does at least three sets of 20 of using her resistance band everyday.

With another season of her reality show now behind her, the 37-year-old has been back on her gym grind as the family figures out how to handle Kim Kardashian’s recent robbery, where millions of dollars worth of jewelry was stolen from her as she was held at gunpoint by five masked assailants.
