This rehab comes a little more than a month after Gomez announced she’d be taking a break from her Revival world tour to deal with, “anxiety, panic attacks, and depression.”
A source close to the singer described the rehab facility which is located right outside of Nashville, as “private and quiet place,” but “super intense.” While Gomez is still finding a way to manage her lupus, sources insist this break it solely to focus on her “mental health.”
Gomez checked into rehab the first time back in 2014, canceling several performance dates, shortly after being diagnosed with lupus. “I got diagnosed with lupus. My mom had a very public miscarriage. So I had to cancel my tour. I needed time to just be OK,” she told GQ earlier this year.
Despite the intense program, Gomez has still managed to find time to spend with her family. Over the weekend, Gomez was spotted grabbing dinner with her mother and stepfather at Texas Roadhouse, where she posed for pictures with fans and signed a few autographs.
